About Pete Paterson

Pete designs and supports fitness plans specifically created for each individual according to their goals and needs. Having worked in care services for over thirty years he knows how to make the most of people's motivations and what may get in the way. He will encourage and support your progress sensitively.
Pete offers very competitive rates starting from £30 per hour and a discount for block booking. He works from his private gym in Kingston Vale but can provide training at home in the vicinity.

Your fitness journey with Pete, starts with a full consultation and plan about how you can fulfil your fitness goals.
Consultation
Understanding Your Needs
During the free consultation, we will consider your general health and daily life activities, your fitness goals and create a personalized plan tailored to your requirements. The consultation can include basic health measurements such as height, weight and BMI, and where appropriate a blood pressure reading. We will progress when you are satisfied with the plan.
Training Sessions
Personalized Plans
Workout sessions will be customized to help you achieve your fitness aspirations, such as weight loss, toning, building muscle or increasing cardio fitness and an overall goal of achieving a healthier lifestyle. Targets will be regularly reassessed and your feedback about the sessions and your progress will be consistently sought.
Progress Tracking
Monitoring Your Results
Track your progress and see the positive changes in your fitness journey through regular monitoring and adjustments to your training programme. If weight loss is one of your goals, periodic weighing will be scheduled to plot change. The level of resistance or the weights used for each exercise are carefully recorded so increases in what can be achieved are obvious for those wanting to build strength.
