Tailored Fitness Programmes

I offer a very flexible and convenient service. Most sessions will be held in my private well- equipped gym but in-home training is also available. Every programme will have a clear focus and agreed steps to achieving goals.

Gym Based Sessions

The gym has what's needed for any fitness programme. It has a squat and bench press rack, Olympic bar and weights, EZ curl bar, cable machine, a pull up and dip station, and dumbbells. There is also a stationery bike, battle rope and resistance bands and commercial grade gym floor covering for floor work.

In home training

Personal training can be offered in the home which for many people will be very convenient. This will necessarily involve more bodyweight and floor based work as resistance training using weights and equipment will be limited
