My approach to fitness
Fitness does not need to be about achieving a deadlift one rep max for example, though that may be a goal for some of us. Fitness is about how you live your life, how you make the most of your health, how you improve your heart health, your mobility, your range of motion and your functional strength. For some it may also involve weight loss.

Motivations and goals for keeping fit will be different for everyone. It is key for me to understand each person's situation so that I can offer an effective programme that makes sense to that person . Although we may need to push ourselves at times, we should not overstretch and lose momentum so I will continually support your progress by motivating you in a way that suits you best.
